Charissa Rexroad, DVM
Dr. Rexroad is a 1998 graduate of Auburn University. She practices all aspects of small animal veterinary medicine. She was born in Louisville, KY and currently resides in Shelbyville with her dog (Lindy) and four cats (Chopper, Neuman, Oscar and Luther). In her free time, she enjoys reading, running and bicycling. During basketball and football season, you can be sure she will be cheering on the Auburn Tigers and Louisville Cardinals!
Kaitlin Redmon, DVM
Dr. Redmon is a Louisville native who graduated from Auburn University in 2014. She completed a one year internship in small animal medicine at Blue Pearl Veterinary Partners before beginning her career in general practice. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Tommy, and together they live in Louisville with their daughter and fur children: Finnegan the Great Pyrenees mix, and cats Willow, Ingrid, and Ivan the Terrible. In her spare time she enjoys reading science fiction, cooking, yoga, and funny cat videos.
Teresa is Finchville Animal Hospital's receptionist. She keeps the clinic running smoothly and loves interacting with our great clients. Teresa has been with Fincvhville Animal Hospital since the doors first opened. She currently resides in Bloomfield with her dogs, cat, and husband.
Amy Turner, RVT
Amy is a 2006 graduate of the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture where she received an Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology Degree with an emphasis in Equine Care. She was raised on her family's farm in Madrid, Nebraska where she enjoyed participating in 4H activities, showing horses and dogs and competitive barrel racing. Amy has lived and worked in Kentucky since 2006. She currently resides in Shelbyville with her husband Michael, daughter Emalyn and their pugs and cat. Besides caring for animals, Amy also enjoys baking, making crafts, and gardening.
Misty is a 2015 graduate of Brown-Mackie where she received her Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. She grew up in Meade county and currently resides in Shelbyville with her dog Charlie. In her free time she enjoys reading, bowling, taking Charlie to the park, and spending time with her nieces.
Jessica was raised and currently resides in Taylorsville with her family and 2 dogs, Addison and Rocket. She took an interest in animals at a young age and has been working with dogs and cats since 2015. In her free time she enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, fitness, and scuba diving.
