From Cat Boarding to Pet Acupuncture, Pet Dentistry to Chiropractic

Our experienced veterinary team  is backed by a compassionate and caring staff that treats your pets as if they were our own. We have been caring for Asheville pets and their owners since 1998. Our veterinary clinic is proud to be accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association, so pet owners can be confident that we hold ourselves to the highest standards. Our services cover traditional veterinary care and procedures, holistic approaches to pet wellness, and other types of alternative care for animals.

Asheville veterinarians provide dog and cat careOur traditional veterinary services include preventative, routine, urgent and emergency vet care. We offer veterinary surgery, root canals and other pet dentistry procedures, digital x-rays, traditional medications from our on-site pharmacy, immunizations, and comprehensive wellness care. We also provide ultrasounds, soft tissue and orthopedic veterinary surgery, and endoscopy procedures done with high-tech fiber optics to allow our veterinarians to examine a pet’s gastrointestinal system.

When faced with an emergency, critical care is administered by an experienced staff using a mobile resuscitation unit. The mobile resuscitation unit is stocked and equipped to provide the ABCs of basic life support: airway, breathing, circulation and cardiac compressions. We also have blood transfusions on site, with a supply of blood for all types of pets. Our blood supply comes from donor pets that live with their owners and are carefully screened for disease.

Asheville veterinary care for small animals and rabbitsOur veterinarians are also experienced in alternative animal care and provide pet physical rehabilitation, pet acupuncture and pet chiropractic care. Physical rehabilitation is especially vital after an injury, surgery, or as part of senior pet pain management to ensure a pet is on the most effective road to recovery. Pet chiropractic and acupuncture techniques use natural procedures without drugs or surgery to help an animal heal. Pet chiropractic care, which functions to align your pet’s musculoskeletal structure so that proper healing can take place is especially helpful in rehabilitation following an injury or for aging and arthritic animals.

In addition to offering routine checkups, traditional procedures, emergency vet care, and alternative care for Asheville pets, we also offer puppy socialization classes, behavior consultations, and cat boarding. We are eager to answer any questions that you may have about the services that we offer or about your pet's health.
